  • ご予約のキャンセルは、予約日の48時間前までにお願いいたします。

  • キャンセル料は、予約時間から48時間以上前の場合は無料です。

  • 予約時間の48時間以内のキャンセルの場合、料金の全額が発生いたします。

  • 一部の特別なイベントや予約人数が多い場合には、別途キャンセルポリシーが適用される場合があります。

  • ご予約に関する変更やキャンセルは、電話またはメールでお知らせください。

  • 事前決済のお客様には返金処理にてご対応させて頂きます。

CANCELLATION POLICY：

  • Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours before the reservation date and time.

  • Cancellation fee is free if more than 48 hours notice is given, or 2 business days before the reservation time and date.

  • If a booking is canceled within 48 hours of the reservation time, in other words, without more than 48 hours’ notice, the full amount will be charged.

  • A separate cancellation policy may apply for some special events and large bookings, details will be provided after the booking confirmation.

  • Please inform us of any changes or cancellations regarding your reservation by phone or email. 

  • Customers who have paid in advance and cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, will be fully refunded.

취소 정책：

  • 예약을 취소하시려면 예약일 기준으로 48시간 전까지 해주시기 바랍니다.

  • 예약 시간으로부터 48시간 이전에 취소하는 경우 취소 수수료가 없습니다.

  • 예약 시간으로부터 48시간 이내에 취소하는 경우 요금의 전액이 부과됩니다.

  • 일부 특별 이벤트나 대규모 예약의 경우 별도의 취소 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.
