Kindly note that advanced prepayment is required upon completing the reservation.

キャンセルポリシー：
1.ご予約のキャンセルは、予約日の48時間前までにお願いいたします。
2.キャンセル料は、予約時間から48時間以上前の場合は無料です。
3.予約時間の48時間以内のキャンセルの場合、料金の全額が発生いたします。
4.一部の特別なイベントや予約人数が多い場合には、別途キャンセルポリシーが適用される場合があります。
5.ご予約に関する変更やキャンセルは、電話またはメールでお知らせください。
6.事前決済のお客様には返金処理にてご対応させて頂きます。
CANCELLATION POLICY：
1. Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours before the reservation date and time.
2. Cancellation fee is free if more than 48 hours notice is given, or 2 business days before the reservation time and date.
3. If a booking is canceled within 48 hours of the reservation time, in other words, without more than 48 hours’ notice, the full amount will be charged.
4. A separate cancellation policy may apply for some special events and large bookings, details will be provided after the booking confirmation.
5. Please inform us of any changes or cancellations regarding your reservation by phone or email.
6. Customers who have paid in advance and cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, will be fully refunded.
取消须知：
1.请在预约日的48小时前取消预约。
2.预约日48小时以上取消的情况下，不产生取消费用。
3.预约日的48小时以内取消的情况下，会产生全额费用。
4.如果有特殊活动或预订人数较多，取消规定会有变化。
5.关于预约的变更或取消，请通过电话或邮件通知。
6.对于提前结算的客人，我们会进行退款处理
취소 정책：
1.예약을 취소하시려면 예약일 기준으로 48시간 전까지 해주시기 바랍니다.
2.예약 시간으로부터 48시간 이전에 취소하는 경우 취소 수수료가 없습니다.
3.예약 시간으로부터 48시간 이내에 취소하는 경우 요금의 전액이 부과됩니다.
4.일부 특별 이벤트나 대규모 예약의 경우 별도의 취소 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.
5.예약에 관한 변경이나 취소는 전화 또는 이메일로 알려주세요.
6.선결제한 고객께서는 환불 처리로 처리해드리겠습니다.
