キャンセルポリシー：

ご予約のキャンセルは、予約日の48時間前までにお願いいたします。
キャンセル料は、予約時間から48時間以上前の場合は無料です。
予約時間の48時間以内のキャンセルの場合、料金の全額が発生いたします。
一部の特別なイベントや予約人数が多い場合には、別途キャンセルポリシーが適用される場合があります。
ご予約に関する変更やキャンセルは、電話またはメールでお知らせください。
事前決済のお客様には返金処理にてご対応させて頂きます。

CANCELLATION POLICY：

Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours before the reservation date and time.
Cancellation fee is free if more than 48 hours notice is given, or 2 business days before the reservation time and date.
If a booking is canceled within 48 hours of the reservation time, in other words, without more than 48 hours’ notice, the full amount will be charged.
A separate cancellation policy may apply for some special events and large bookings, details will be provided after the booking confirmation.
Please inform us of any changes or cancellations regarding your reservation by phone or email.
Customers who have paid in advance and cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, will be fully refunded.
